- 2025 $600 for one buck (8 point or smaller) No limit on number of points but a fee of $50/per scorable point (longer than 1 inch) over 8 points will be added to total cost. (ex. a 10pt is $700, a 12pt is $800)
- Doe hunt packages = $400/doe
- Multiple deer may be harvested.
- Contract/release must be signed before entering property.
- Time frame for "day-hunt" buck includes one morning and one evening hunt (in either order)
-A legal buck (8 points or less, 13in or wider) in range fulfills the obligation of the ranch for hunter opportunity to harvest. 
- No minimum for # of days hunted.
- Additional days available for a similar fee.
- weekday hunts available at a discount of $50
- Two stands available for 2 people per stand. 
- Pop-up enclosed elevated blinds with chairs 
-Feeders 80-90yds from stands
- Food & Lodging not included but available locally.
- 2023 RV rental on property available for rental (see below)
- Hunt will be semi-guided.
- 50% Deposit due to hold date.
- Balance due before any animals before leaving the property.
-All hunters must have a valid Texas Hunting license
-All hunters 17 and older must have Hunter's Safety Certification
- Hunters under 17 must have an accompanying adult or guide in stand
- Guide will escort hunters to and from property.
- Guide can help gut and quarter or deliver to processor for an additional fee.
- Guide tips appreciated, 10-20% is customary
